Hi, I’m Sam!

I’ve been capturing a variety of subjects through the lens since 2004, when I took along a Canon Rebel to document a high school exchange in Italy. What started as a love for travel photography slowly grew into something much bigger—photographing interiors, families… and then, something truly special: children’s portraiture.

Sam Stock Photography KIDS grew out of this journey, and from my deep love for photographing kids just as they are—honest, playful, and unapologetically themselves. Whether they light up with a big grin, offer a shy sideways glance, or make a silly face just because, I’m here for all of it. Every expression tells a story, and I feel lucky to capture them and surprise parents with that moment in time.

My goal is to make school Photo Day feel easy, light, and fun—no pressure, no stiff posing—just a chance for each child to feel comfortable, confident, and completely themselves in front of the camera.
